1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "Agreement") govern your use of the e-commerce website "Chiitan House" (hereinafter, "Site") operated by Suneight Entertainment Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter, "Company"), and the purchase of products offered on the Site.
By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on the Site, you agree to be legally bound by all clauses and terms of this Agreement.

3. User Eligibility and Obligations
1.Eligibility: Customers may browse the content of the Site and purchase products.
2.Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when placing an order or registering on the Site.
3.Prohibited Actions: You agree not to engage in any of the following actions:
Any act that violates laws or public order and morals.
・Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights or interests of the Company, other users, or third parties.
・Using the Site for any fraudulent purpose.
・Any act that interferes with the operation of the Site.
4. Order Placement and Contract Formation
1.Order Confirmation: A sales contract for the ordered product shall be deemed concluded upon the customer finalizing the order on the Site and the Company sending an order acceptance email.
2.Stock Availability: The Company reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock. In such an event, the Company will promptly notify the customer and refund any payments received.
3.Product Specification: While we strive to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible, product images may slightly differ from the actual items due to variations in the customer's viewing environment.
5. Price and Payment
1.Price: The price of each product shall be the amount displayed on the Site. Unless otherwise specified, the price includes applicable taxes.
2.Shipping: Shipping costs will be added to the product price. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before the final order confirmation.
3.Payment: Customers shall pay for the product and shipping costs according to the payment methods provided on the Site.
6. Delivery
1.Delivery Address: Products will be delivered to the address within Thailand specified by the customer.
2.Delivery Period: The delivery period shall be in accordance with the period stated at the time of order confirmation and on the Shipping Policy page.
3.Title and Risk: The title to the goods and the risk of loss or damage shall pass from the Company to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer.
7. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
1.Defective/Incorrect Items: Customers may request a return or exchange if the product has a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item was delivered.
2.Customer-initiated Returns: Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are accepted only for unused and unopened products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Thailand and the Company's separate guidelines.
3.Return Period: The period for requesting a return or exchange shall comply with the laws of Thailand and relevant regulations. The detailed period and conditions will be specified on a separate "Return Policy" page.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademark rights, and other proprietary rights, concerning all content published on the Site (including mascot character images, designs, logos, text, and trademarks) belong solely to the Company or the rightful owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly transmit, modify, or commercially utilize this content without the Company's prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
1.No Warranty: The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content, services, or products on the Site.
2.Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site. However, the Company shall be liable for damages caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by applicable Thai law.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1.Governing Law: The interpretation and application of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
2.Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand as the court of first instance.
11. Amendments to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the customer. The amended Agreement shall take effect upon its publication on the Site.
