Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on Thailand Post (EMS) weight-based rates.
Prices vary depending on the total package weight (partial list):
- 20g: 32 THB
- 100g: 37 THB
- 250g: 42 THB
- 500g: 52 THB
- 1,000g: 67 THB
- 2,500g: 100 THB
- 5,000g: 140 THB
- 10,000g: 290 THB
- 20,000g: 445 THB
The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on region, weather, and carrier conditions.
Tracking Your Shipment
After shipping, you will receive a “Shipment Confirmation Email” containing your tracking number.
You can check the delivery status via the official Thailand Post website or app.
Damage or Loss Compensation
Compensation follows Thailand Post EMS standards:
- Damaged or lost packages: Up to 2,000 THB
- High-value items: Up to 50,000 THB with EMS + additional insurance
(Proof of contents is required.)
Incorrect Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delays or returns may occur.
In such cases, the reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, so please ensure that your address is entered accurately.
