Refund policy
This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through "Chiitan House."
1. Cases and Period for Returns and Exchanges
In compliance with relevant Thai consumer protection laws, customers have the right to request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
A. Initial Defect, Damage, or Incorrect Delivery (Our Responsibility)
・Period: We accept returns or exchanges only within 7 days starting from the date the product was delivered.
・Conditions:
・The product has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during shipping, or is incorrect (e.g., wrong type, color, size) compared to the order.
・The product must be in unused condition with all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.
B. Return at Customer's Convenience (Customer Initiative)
・Period: We may accept returns within 7 days starting from the date the product was delivered.
・Conditions:
・The product must be unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition.
・The customer will bear the costs for return shipping and any applicable refund processing fees.
・Exceptions: The product must not fall under the Non-Returnable Items listed in Section 2.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)
We will decline returns or exchanges, except in cases of initial defect or damage, for the following items:
1.Products where 8 days or more have passed since the delivery date.
2.Products that have been used even once, or have been soiled or damaged due to the customer's responsibility.
3.Products with missing or removed tags, labels, original packaging, or accessories.
4.Opened consumables, sanitary goods (e.g., masks, cosmetics), or items that are inherently unsuitable for return due to their nature.
5.Sale items, clearance items, or items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
6.Digital content (e.g., download products, NFTs) related to the mascot character.
3. Return and Exchange Procedure
If you wish to request a return or exchange, you must follow the procedure below:
1.Prior Contact: Contact our designated email address (xxx@ec.com) within 7 days of receiving the product with the following information (or equivalent):
・Order Number
・Name and quantity of the product(s) to be returned/exchanged
・Reason for return/exchange (e.g., initial defect, wrong size, change of mind)
・Photos of the damaged area, if claiming an initial defect.
2.Product Shipment: Based on our instructions, please pack the product appropriately to prevent damage and send it back to the specified address.
・For Initial Defect (Our Responsibility): We will bear the return shipping cost. Please send the item using freight collect (payment by recipient).
・For Customer's Convenience: The customer will bear the return shipping cost. Please send the item prepaid (payment by sender).
3.Product Inspection: After receiving the returned item, we will inspect its condition to determine eligibility for a return or exchange and notify you via email.
4. About Refunds
If a return is approved, we will process the refund.
1.Refund Method: The refund will generally be processed via the original payment method used for the order (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
2.Refund Timing: We will initiate the refund process within approximately 14 business days after receiving and confirming the condition of the returned product. The actual crediting time may vary depending on the processing time of your credit card company or bank.
3.Refund Amount:
・For Initial Defect: Full refund of the product price and original shipping fee.
・For Customer's Convenience: Refund of the product price only. The customer will bear the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and any refund processing fees.
5. About Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, we will check the stock availability and proceed with shipping the replacement product.
1.If the replacement item is out of stock or requires a long lead time, we may proceed with a refund instead.
