  • QR PromptPay

The most widely used QR payment method in Thailand.
After placing your order, a QR code will be displayed for you to complete the payment.

 

■ Online Banking (Thailand)

  • Bangkok Bank
  • Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya)

You may complete your payment via mobile banking or internet banking from the supported banks.

 

■ E-Wallets

  • Rabbit LINE Pay
  • TrueMoney Pay (TrueMoney Wallet)

■ Bank Transfer

You may transfer the payment directly to our bank account:

  • Bank account details will be shown after placing your order.
  • Bank transfer fees charged by your bank are the customer’s responsibility.

2. Payment Timing

・Credit Card / PromptPay / E-Wallet / Online Banking: Payment is processed immediately at checkout.

・Bank Transfer: Please complete the payment within 24 hours after placing your order.
Orders without confirmed payment within the time limit may be automatically cancelled.

 

3. Payment Fees

・No additional fees are charged for credit cards, PromptPay, e-wallets, or online banking.

・Bank transfer fees (if any) must be paid by the customer.

 

4. Payment Verification

・Payments made via instant methods (cards, PromptPay, e-wallets, online banking) are automatically verified.

・Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days to confirm.
Shipping will begin once your payment has been confirmed.

 

5. Receipts & Tax Invoices

・An electronic receipt will be sent to your registered email after payment is completed.

・If you require a Tax Invoice (ใบกำกับภาษี), please provide the following information at checkout:

  • Company name
  • Tax ID number
  • Company address
  • Phone number

6. Payment Errors or Failed Transactions

If your payment cannot be processed, please check the following:

  • Card balance or credit limit
  • Restrictions set by your bank (such as international transaction limits)
  • Mobile/internet banking availability
  • Network issues

If the issue persists, please try another payment method or contact our support team.

 

7. Fraud Prevention

To ensure safety and security, we reserve the right to hold or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
We may request identification documents when necessary.

 

8. Cancellations & Refunds

・Refunds will be issued according to your original payment method.

・Credit cards: Refunds may take 7–30 days depending on your card issuer.

・PromptPay / E-Wallet: Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days.

・Bank Transfer: Refunds will be transferred to your designated bank account.
